The Cryptera EPP 1318 sets a new standard for versatile Encrypting PIN Pads that meet both Triple DES data encryption standards and are PCI compliant. Designed to meet the rigorous needs of supplying securing payment in unattended payment and other self service devices, the EPP 1318 enables fast, secure and convenient PIN selection and verification.
The Cryptera EPP 1318 features a durable, watertight stainless steel keyboard with etched and colored graphics and optional embossing. This PCI approved PIN pad with 3DES and RSA support makes it universally compatible for ATM, ACM and many unattended payment applications. Large, easy to read and operate keys make the EPP 1318 ideal for use by disabled persons. Like all Cryptera Encrypting PIN Pads, the EPP 1318 supports Remote Key Loading from Cryptera, giving customers an open-standard, flexible on-line key loading solution that is more secure and cost-effective than traditional dual-control split knowledge key installation and maintenance.

The EPP 1318 comes standard with support for the Cryptera Remote Key Loading product. During the integration phase of the EPP, Cryptera Denmark offers extensive support via telephone and e-mail. The API is available for Microsoft® Windows®.
